Siobhan Quirke CPC
Siobhan Quirke is the Principal and Licensee in bona fide control of First Choice Conveyancing which she opened in 1998 with a vision to provide a competent and reliable settlement service which excels at client satisfaction.
With some 20 years experience in the industry Siobhan has remained committed to the profession which she loves.
As a former Executive Member, Vice President and Treasurer of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers WA Division (AICWA) and WA representative for the Australian Institute of Conveyancers National Council (AIC), Siobhan has been directly involved with industry changes, the development and direction of policy for the practise of Conveyancing in Australia, including involvement with National Licensing and Electronic Conveyancing.
Siobhan is a Certified Practising Conveyancer (CPC) and is proud to have been amongst the first in Western Australia to have attained this prestigious status during the first awards in February 2010. Certified Practising Conveyancers are recognised for their knowledge and professional service and is a recognised standard throughout Australia.

Chris Goodall - CPC
Christine (Chris) Goodall is a Licensed Settlement Agent and has been working in the profession since 1989 providing a wealth of knowledge and experience to First Choice Conveyancing clients.
Joining the Team in 2004 Chris became an integral part of the First Choice family and a real asset to the Team and this shows in her commitment to client satisfaction by ensuring each and every settlement is handled like it was her own.
Chris has an ability to tackle even the most difficult of situations with the patience and understanding every client deserves. Her practical approach backed up by real knowledge is a credit to her and our dedicated team of professionals.
Chris also gained the status of Certified Practising Conveyancer during the CPC Awards in 2010 which ensured that First Choice Conveyancing was one of the first and only Settlement Agencies in Western Australia with two Certified Practising Conveyancers when the certifications were awarded.

Rheannon Binks
With a degree in criminology and psychology and a passion for natural medicine finding her niche in Settlements was an unlikely stop over for Rheannon Binks who initially joined First Choice Conveyancing on a 3 month Contract in 2003.
Rheannon quickly became ingrained in the First Choice ethos of providing a settlement service that is considered second to none that she remained on a full time basis only leaving her role for a couple of breaks to have her 2 beautiful boys. Rheannon continues to strive for perfection in a role she fell into and has dedicated herself to ever since.

Carly Firminger
Carly Firminger joined the First Choice Conveyancing team in 2005 as a receptionist. With a fast growing passion for the Settlement profession Carly's ability to grasp more than just the basics saw her move quickly through the ranks to become a trainee Conveyancer by 2008.
Carly's hard work and dedication to her new found profession saw her rewarded with her Diploma in Financial Services (Conveyancing) in 2009 and after a short detour to gain experience with another Conveyancing firm Carly has returned to First Choice Conveyancing to continue her work in the Conveyancing field in which she excels.

Aaria Speakman
Aaria (Ari) Speakman is the newest addition to the First Choice family. With a background in management in the hospitality industry Ari is the perfect complement to our hard working team.
Joining early 2011 Ari's dedication to her role is a credit to her. She has proven herself capable of any task and balances our team of hard working professionals perfectly.
